- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 large root, thinly sliced
- Pork belly - 500 grams, cut into bite-sized pieces
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork belly pieces and fry until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oil and set aside.
- In the same oil, add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, stirring well to combine.
- Return the crispy pork to the wok and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add the green onions and red bell pepper, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the Moo Grob Khing hot with steamed rice.
