Swiss Chard and Gorgonzola Pasta
This delicious pasta dish combines the earthy flavors of Swiss chard with the creamy richness of Gorgonzola cheese.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Walnuts - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Gorgonzola cheese - 4 ounces, crumbled
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Swiss chard - 1 bunch, stems removed and leaves chopped
- Pasta - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the Swiss chard to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 5 minutes.
