Sweet Potato Hash with Bacon and Onions
A hearty and delicious breakfast dish made with sweet potatoes, bacon, and onions.

- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onions - 1 large, diced
- Sweet potatoes - 2 large, peeled and diced
- Bacon - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sweet potatoes and onions. Cook until the sweet potatoes are tender and the onions are caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Add the garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for another minute.
- Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
