  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, tofu, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
  4. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket, making sure they do not touch each other.
  5. Steam over boiling water for 15 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
