- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- White vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Pineapple chunks - 1 cup
- Bell peppers - 1 cup, chopped
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Cornstarch - 1/2 cup
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- White fish fillets - 4 (6 ounce each)
