Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and cook until slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add the pineapple chunks and sweet and sour sauce to the skillet.
