Buffalo Chicken Fries

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread out on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  4. While the fries are baking, cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  5. Shred the chicken and toss with the buffalo sauce.
  6. Once the fries are done, top with the buffalo chicken, blue cheese, and green onions.
  7. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side.
