Pan Fried Noodles

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the carrots and bell peppers and stir-fry until they are tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to get crispy.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the noodles and vegetables and toss to combine.
  7. Add the bean sprouts and green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
  8. Serve the pan-fried noodles hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
