Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the onions and carrots. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add the cabbage and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the water, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. Add the cooked beef and noodles to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  8. Simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
