- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cucumbers - 2 medium
Let's Get Started
- Slice cucumbers as thin as you can. Stir in salt, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze water out from cucumbers.
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce together until sugar dissolves. Add the mixture to the cucumbers and mix well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
