  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
  2. Place the beef ribs in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  4. Place the ribs in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender.
