Asian Inspired Sticky Beef Ribs
These Asian-inspired sticky beef ribs are marinated in a sweet and savory sauce, then slow-cooked until tender and flavorful.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Beef ribs - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
- Place the beef ribs in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
