Ingredients - Serves 4
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
