Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Form the marinated beef into 4 patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha to make a spicy mayo sauce.
  5. To assemble the burgers, spread some of the spicy mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a cooked patty, a lettuce leaf, and a slice of tomato. Add the top half of the bun and serve.
