Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, mix in the sushi vinegar and let it cool.
  2. For the Inari Sushi, open the tofu pouches and stuff them with sushi rice. Press the rice down to ensure it's packed well.
  3. For the Norimaki Sushi, place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small space at the top for sealing the roll.
  4. Place your chosen fillings (tuna, cucumber, avocado) on the rice. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying some pressure.
  5. Seal the edge of the nori with a little water.
  6. Cut the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
  7. Serve the Sukeroku Sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
