Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season the duck inside and out with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the bread crumbs, cranberries, pecans, chicken broth, and parsley. Remove from heat.
  4. Stuff the duck with the bread crumb mixture and place in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for 2 hours, or until the duck is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  6. Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
