Street Tacos al Pastor
These delicious street tacos al pastor are made with marinated pork, pineapple, and fresh toppings.

- Onion - 1/4 cup, diced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh pineapple - 1 cup, diced
- Corn tortillas - 8
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Pineapple juice - 1/2 cup
- Achiote paste - 2 tablespoons
- Pork shoulder - 1 lb, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the achiote paste, pineapple juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
