Stir Fried Tofu with Yangzhou Fried Rice

Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the tofu in soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and scramble the eggs. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add the carrots and peas to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.
  6. Return the tofu and eggs to the pan, add the green onions, and stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Serve the stir-fried tofu with the Yangzhou fried rice.
