Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour and cornstarch. Gradually add water while stirring to create a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking oil.
  3. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and quickly swirl it around to form a thin, round crepe.
  4. Crack an egg onto the crepe and spread it around with the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the egg.
  6. Flip the crepe and brush the cooked side with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili sauce.
  7. Place a lettuce leaf in the center of the crepe and sprinkle with crispy wonton strips.
  8. Fold the crepe in half and then fold again to form a quarter circle.
  9. Cook for another minute on each side until crispy.
  10. Repeat with the remaining batter and fillings.
  11. Serve hot.
