Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the garlic, red bell pepper, and carrot. Cook until they're tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add the sauce to the pan and stir to coat the vegetables.
  6. Add the chicken back to the pan and stir to coat it with the sauce.
  7. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Top with the crushed peanuts and green onions before serving.
