Stir Fried Tofu with Cashews

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce and cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the tofu to the pan and add the cashews. Stir until everything is well coated in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
