Stir Fried Clams in Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Black bean sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Clams - 2 pounds, cleaned
Let's Get Started
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the black bean sauce and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- Add the clams and water. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the clams open.
