Steamed Pork Dumplings
Delicious and juicy homemade dumplings filled with seasoned pork.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - For sealing dumplings
- Dumpling wrappers - 1 package
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 3, finely chopped
- Ground pork - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and run it along the edge of the wrapper to moisten.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam for 15 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
