Ingredients - Serves 4
- Seaweed - 1 sheet, shredded
- Eggs - 2, hard-boiled
- Water - 4 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Gochujang (korean red chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Fish cakes - 1 cup, sliced
- Rice cakes - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Soak the rice cakes in cold water for 15 minutes.
- In a large pot, combine the water, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Drain the rice cakes and add them to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the fish cakes and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and add them to the pot.
- Garnish with the chopped green onions and shredded seaweed before serving.
