- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice wine - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Scallions - 4 stalks, chopped
- Ginger - 2-inch piece, sliced
- Crab - 2 whole, cleaned
Let's Get Started
- Place a steamer rack in a large pot and fill it with water up to the level of the rack.
- Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Place the cleaned crabs on the steamer rack and cover the pot with a lid.
- Steam the crabs for about 15-20 minutes, or until they turn bright red and the meat is cooked through.
