Let's Get Started

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cashews, chickpea flour, rice flour, onion, green chili, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Gradually add water and mix until you get a thick batter consistency.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
