Spicy Tuna Sushi Burrito

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced tuna, soy sauce, sriracha, and mayonnaise.
  2. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  3. Spread half of the sushi rice evenly on the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. Place half of the spicy tuna mixture in a line down the center of the rice.
  5. Top the tuna with half of the cucumber, carrot, and avocado.
  6. Roll the sushi burrito tightly using the bamboo mat, wetting the top border of the nori to seal the burrito.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make a second burrito.
  8. Slice each burrito in half and serve.
