Spicy Mango Chutney
This spicy mango chutney is a delicious condiment made with ripe mangoes, spices, and a hint of heat.

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- White vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Red chili pepper - 1, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Red onion - 1/2, finely chopped
- Ripe mangoes - 2, peeled and diced
