Spicy Egg Curry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the hard-boiled eggs and gently mix until the eggs are coated with the masala.
  5. Cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve the spicy egg curry hot with rice or roti.
