Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or deep fryer and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
  2. In another pan, fry the beef and sausages until they are well cooked.
  3. In the same pan, add the sliced onions and cook until they are caramelized.
  4. In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
  5. To assemble the dish, place the fries at the bottom of a plate, then add the meat, sausages and onions on top. Finally, top with the fried eggs.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
