Ingredients - Serves 4
- Beef broth - 2 cups
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Beef roast - 1.5 kg
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the beef roast.
