- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese curds - 2 cups
- Vegetable oil - For frying

Let's Get Started
- Rub the duck legs with salt and let them sit in the fridge for 24 hours.
- Rinse off the salt and pat the duck legs dry. Place them in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the cut potatoes in vegetable oil and spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
- While the fries are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook until the gravy has thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with black pepper.
