Soy Glazed Salmon Stir Fry

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the glaze.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
