Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooked rice - 4 cups, steamed
- Green onions - 4, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Carrots - 2, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Salmon fillets - 4, skinless

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the glaze.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
