Soy and Ginger Marinated Tofu

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh ginger - 2 tablespoons, grated
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Firm tofu - 1 block

- Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess water. Cut it into slices.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chopped green onions to make the marinade.
