  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

  4. Thread the lamb, onions, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  5. Grill the sosaties for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Serve the sosaties hot, with a side of rice or salad.
