Chicago Style Barbecue Ribs
These Chicago-style barbecue ribs are slow-cooked to perfection and slathered in a tangy, sweet barbecue sauce.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Barbecue sauce - 1 cup
- Barbecue rub - 1/4 cup
- Pork ribs - 2 racks
