Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, add the beef bone, chicken, pork ribs, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours.
  3. Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Season with salt.
  4. Continue to simmer the soup for another 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the soup.
  7. Stir the soup well and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the soup hot, making sure to get a good mix of meat, vegetables, and pasta in each bowl.
