Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden.
  2. Add the dogfish, season with salt and pepper, and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the white wine and half of the chopped coriander, cover the pot and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the dogfish pieces from the pot and set aside. Blend the remaining soup until smooth.
  5. Place the slices of bread at the bottom of the serving dishes. Pour the soup over the bread and place the dogfish pieces on top.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and the remaining chopped coriander before serving.
