Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Pour the white wine and lemon juice into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  7. Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine with the pasta.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
