Let's Get Started

  1. Season the sole fillets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat until it starts to foam.
  3. Add the sole fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Remove the fillets from the skillet and keep warm.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and cook until it turns brown.
  6. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and parsley.
  7. Pour the sauce over the sole fillets and serve immediately.
