Red Potato Salad with Smoked Paprika

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, finely chopped
- Celery - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Red potatoes - 2 pounds, cut into 1-inch pieces
