Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, sugar, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine julienned radish, carrot, and chopped green onion to make the salad.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until it is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the beef from the pan and let it cool slightly.
  6. Add the cooked beef to the salad and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
  8. Serve the Soegogi Mu Chim as a main dish or as a side dish with steamed rice.
