Smoked Meatballs

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Bbq sauce - 1/2 cup
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1/2 medium, finely chopped
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
