BBQ Bacon Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the burgers are grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  6. To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a burger patty, a slice of cheese, two slices of bacon, some onion and tomato slices, and a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  7. Serve the burgers immediately, with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
