These oven-baked BBQ beef ribs are tender, juicy, and slathered in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.

- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Bbq sauce - 2 cups
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Beef ribs - 2 racks

- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them in a roasting pan.
