Smoked Buffalo Wings
These smoked buffalo wings are packed with flavor and have a perfect balance of smokiness and heat.

- Celery sticks - For serving
- Blue cheese dressing - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons
- Buffalo sauce - 1 cup
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken wings - 3 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over them.
- Place the wings on the smoker grates and smoke for 1 hour.
- While the wings are smoking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the buffalo sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 1 hour of smoking, remove the wings from the smoker and increase the temperature to 375°F.
- Transfer the wings to a baking sheet and brush them with the prepared buffalo sauce.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through.
- Serve the smoked buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
