Smoked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over them.
  4. Place the wings on the smoker grates and smoke for 1 hour.
  5. While the wings are smoking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the buffalo sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. After 1 hour of smoking, remove the wings from the smoker and increase the temperature to 375°F.
  7. Transfer the wings to a baking sheet and brush them with the prepared buffalo sauce.
  8. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through.
  9. Serve the smoked buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
