Buffalo Cauliflower

- Celery sticks - For serving
- Blue cheese dressing - For serving
- Butter - 1 tablespoon, melted
- Buffalo sauce - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cauliflower - 1 head, cut into florets
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown.
- While the cauliflower is baking, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle with the buffalo sauce mixture. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce is hot and bubbly.
- Serve the buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
