Buffalo Cauliflower

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown.
  4. While the cauliflower is baking, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle with the buffalo sauce mixture. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  6. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce is hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve the buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
