- Flour tortillas - 8
- Onion - 1 large, sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1/4 cup
- Skirt steak - 1.5 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the skirt steak and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
