Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Shredded cheese - 1 cup
- Flour tortillas - 4 large
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Black beans - 1 can, drained and rinsed
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, diced
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, and salt to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the onion is softened.
