Skillet Steak with Mushrooms

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
