Skillet Garlic Butter Herb Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
  4. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the remaining butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  5. Add the steaks back to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the top.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Serve the steaks and potatoes with the garlic butter sauce.
